Mr. Charles Cayman is the CEO and Founder of Cayman Agency, Inc., an international corporate staffing agency with headquarters in Miami, FL, and offices in Paris, France, and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Under his leadership, Cayman Agency specializes in providing high-caliber talent to clients in the healthcare, legal, information technology (IT), and finance/accounting sectors. 

Prior to founding Cayman Agency, Mr. Cayman built an impressive career as an Oxford-trained attorney, gaining over 40 years of experience in international business and intelligence operations. His expertise in navigating the intricacies of global markets and legal frameworks has positioned him as a trusted advisor to multinational corporations and government bodies. Throughout his career, he has cultivated extensive connections with the intelligence communities in Great Britain and Israel, leveraging these relationships to support both business initiatives and national security efforts.

Mr. Cayman's background in law and corporate governance has been complemented by his work in counter-intelligence, where he has played a pivotal role in developing security strategies to combat global threats. His  strategic insights have enabled him to oversee successful ventures across diverse industries, including luxury resorts and global security operations. 

Mr. Cayman’s unique blend of legal acumen, business leadership, and intelligence experience has solidified his reputation as a global leader in corporate staffing and international business strategy.

Mr. Russell currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer of Cayman Agency, Inc., an international corporate staffing agency with offices in Miami, Paris, and Kuala Lumpur. In his role, Don oversees global operations, ensuring the smooth delivery of highly specialized staffing solutions across multiple industries. 

His leadership is critical in driving the agency’s mission to connect businesses with elite talent, meeting the demands of their global clients.

Before joining Cayman Agency, Don built an illustrious career, beginning in the military special forces, and then transitioning in to the Diplomatic core of the United States State Department. His military service honed his ability to manage complex, high-risk operations and provided him with extensive experience in tactical leadership. 

With over 20 years of diplomatic experience, Don has developed deep ties to global intelligence communities. His expertise in strategic intelligence, counterterrorism, and multinational operations has made him a key player in addressing global security challenges.

Don’s diplomatic acumen has proven invaluable in coordinating international  partnerships across government and corporate sectors. 

In his current role, Don Coolio brings a wealth of operational, diplomatic, and intelligence experience to Cayman Agency, making him a cornerstone of the company’s strategic vision and global expansion efforts.

Ms. Cayman currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Cayman Agency, Inc., an international corporate staffing agency. In her role, Cassandra (Cassie) oversees the financial operations of the agency, ensuring compliance with global financial regulations and managing the company's audits, budgets, and financial strategy. 

Her leadership in financial oversight is crucial in maintaining the agency’s success in providing top-tier staffing solutions across industries such as healthcare, legal, IT, and finance/accounting.

Cassie’s background is distinguished by a unique blend of legal, financial, and investigative expertise. She holds both a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) certification and earned a Juris Doctorate in Taxation from Columbia University. 

Before joining Cayman Agency, she served eight years as an armed revenue officer for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) of the United States Government, where she specialized in forensic accounting, audits, and the disruption and prosecution of money laundering schemes.

Ms. Cayman’s investigative skills have been instrumental in identifying complex financial irregularities, making her a key figure in the fight against money laundering and corporate fraud.
