Mr. Charles Cayman was the CEO and Founder of Cayman Agency, Inc., a corporate staffing agency with headquarters located in Panama City Beach FL. Under his leadership, the Cayman Agency has grown to specializes in providing high-caliber talent to clients in the healthcare, legal, information technology (IT), and finance/accounting sectors. 

Prior to founding Cayman Agency, Mr. Cayman built an impressive career as an Oxford-trained attorney, gaining over 40 years of experience in international business and intelligence operations. His expertise in navigating the intricacies of global markets and legal frameworks has positioned him as a trusted advisor to multinational corporations and government bodies. Throughout his career, he has cultivated extensive connections with the intelligence communities in Great Britain and Israel, leveraging these relationships to support both business initiatives and national security efforts.

Mr. Cayman's background in law and corporate governance has been complemented by his work in counter-intelligence, where he has played a pivotal role in developing security strategies to combat security threats. His  strategic insights have enabled him to oversee successful ventures across diverse industries, including luxury resorts and risk mitigation operations. 

Mr. MacLean currently serves as the interim CEO and Chief Operations Officer of Cayman Agency, Inc., a corporate staffing agency with offices in Jacksonville, Florida,  Chicago, Illinois and Panama City Beach, Florida. In this role, he oversees company operations, ensuring the smooth delivery of highly specialized staffing solutions across multiple industries. 

His leadership is critical in driving the agency’s mission to connect businesses with elite talent, meeting the demands of their global clients.

Before joining Cayman Agency, Mr. MacLean built an illustrious career, beginning in military intelligence, and then transitioning in to various private real estate equity roles, including Managing Director. His military service honed his ability to manage complex, high-risk operations and provided him with extensive experience in both strategic and tactical leadership. 

With over 30 years of leadership experience, Mr. MacLean has developed deep ties to multiple industry leaders. His expertise in strategic planning, counter-intelligence and tactical operations has made him a key player in addressing ever changing business challenges.

In his current role, Mr. MacLean brings a wealth of strategic, operational and intelligence gathering experience to the Cayman Agency, making him a cornerstone of the company’s strategic vision and future expansion efforts.

Ms. Cayman currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Cayman Agency, Incorporated. In her current role, Cassandra (Cassie) oversees the financial operations of the agency, ensuring compliance with global financial regulations and managing the company's audits, budgets, and financial strategy. 

Under her Uncle's leadership, she has excelled in financial oversight and is crucial in maintaining the agency’s success in providing top-tier staffing solutions across industries such as healthcare, legal, IT, and finance/accounting.

Cassie’s background is distinguished by a unique blend of legal, financial, and investigative expertise. She holds both a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) certification and earned a Juris Doctorate in Taxation from Columbia University. 

Before joining Cayman Agency, she served eight years as an armed revenue officer for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) of the United States Government, where she specialized in forensic accounting, audits, and the disruption and prosecution of money laundering schemes.

Cassie Cayman’s expertise in finance, law, and forensic accounting positions her as a pivotal leader within Cayman Agency and beyond.
